Description |
You gather an electrical charge into your hand, or a spellcasting implement, or a held weapon. Thereafter, the charge remains until you release, either by making a successful touch or melee attack with the hand/implement/weapon. Once discharged, the spell inflicts nominal lightning damage plus stun for 1 rd (Fort negates). You may have more than one static charge on your person at once. The limit is equal to your skill ranks in Lightning. Each time a charge is released, you may choose to release one, some, or all stored charges at once. |
Feats:
- Lightning Shield: As long as you have at least one Static Charge on your person, you can threaten an area with it; the radius is one square plus one per rank of Lightning.
- Power on Demand: You no longer need to preemptively create Static Charges. As long as you have at least one Static Charge on your person, the casting time to add more is immediate (no limit per round).
